Made-To-Order Service
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for our made-to-order service and formal registry service. Please note that after you have collected your garment, any further alterations that may be required are outside of the order and should be outsourced to an independent alteration service provider.
We understand that some customers require garments urgently, so sometimes we do sell our floor-samples although we do prefer to reproduce the item for you with any alterations that are required. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check the quality of the floor-samples prior to purchasing as they have been tried on by other customers and may be damaged or soiled. Please keep in mind that our floor-samples are also non-refundable.

Faulty Clothing & Damage from Wear and Tear
We take pride in producing the best quality products with thorough quality checks prior to issue. If you have purchased a product with a defect, please contact us within 24 hrs of the purchase at +61 (0) 7 3216 1513 to discuss the fault. It is your responsibility to take care of your HOUSE OF EZIS garment. Garments will not be repaired if contact is not made within 24 hrs after your registered event. Any future wear, tear or break in the garment will incur further charges: a quote will be issued prior to repair.
