“I wanted to create an editorial that emulated power and femininity. A lot of formal photos you see out there are a bit cheesy to be honest, and always paint this picture of a prom princess. Not really my style. I wanted to showcase the House of Ezis gown in an equally strong environment. So we chose Fingal Head for its stunning cliff columns, and it’s natural colour pallet. We named it Scylla after the Greek mythology female sea monster who haunted the rocks of Kharybdis. Basically as bad ass as our model was.” - Amanda Gooch
